His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, appoints the following officers of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of the Department of Industry to hold office during pleasure as official receivers for all bankruptcy districts and divisions in Canada:

(a) Anisah Aish of North York, Ontario;

(b) Anne Alegre-Rock of Pickering, Ontario;

(c) Jacqueline Baker of Toronto, Ontario;

(d) Stephen Bayley of Toronto, Ontario;

(e) Ashleigh Benham of Winnipeg, Manitoba;

(f) Reyda Diego of Edmonton, Alberta;

(g) Brad Fair of Barrie, Ontario;

(h) Niveen Halawa of Keswick, Ontario;

(i) Sara Khan of Ajax, Ontario;

(j) Derek Leung of Toronto, Ontario;

(k) Wassan Manshad of Montréal, Quebec;

(l) Shemin Mawji of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec;

(m) Kelly McIntosh of Vancouver, British Columbia;

(n) Yuliya Milinkis of Montréal, Quebec; and
