His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, in accordance with the Saanich Nations Goldstream Settlement Agreement dated for reference June 29, 2012, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Malahat First Nation, Pauquachin Indian Band, Tsartlip Indian Band, Tsawout First Nation and Tseycum Indian Band, as an addition to Goldstream Indian Reserve No. 13 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of approximately 4.09 hectares (10.1 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Saanich Nations Goldstream Settlement Agreement, daté à titre de référence du 29 juin 2012, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation de Malahat, de la bande indienne de Pauquachin, de la bande indienne de Tsartlip, de la Première Nation de Tsawout et de la bande indienne de Tseycum, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Goldstream n^o 13, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées d’environ 4,09 hectares (10,1 acres).
