His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to section 268 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, chapter 31 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes the day on which this Order is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, as the day on which sections 264 and 266 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu de l’article 268 de la Loi de 2012 sur l’emploi et la croissance, chapitre 31 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à la date de publication du présent décret dans la Partie II de la Gazette du Canada la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 264 et 266 de cette loi.
