His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, in accordance with the Metlakatla Indian Band and Lax Kw’alaams Indian Band Cut-Off Claim Settlement Agreement dated for reference November 7, 2007 sets apart for the use and benefit of the Metlakatla Indian Band, as Grassy Bay Indian Reserve in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of about 8.34 hectares (20.61 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Metlakatla Indian Band and Lax Kw’alaams Indian Band Cut-off Claim Settlement Agreement ayant comme date de référence le 7 novembre 2007, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande indienne Metlakatla, pour constituer la réserve indienne Grassy Bay, en Colombie Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, d’une superficie d’environ 8,34 hectares (20,61 acres).

Save and except all beds of bodies of water.
