His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, in accordance with the Metlakatla Indian Band and Lax Kw’alaams Indian Band Cut-Off Claim Settlement Agreement dated November 7, 2007, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Lax Kw’alaams Indian Band, as an addition to Finlayson Island Indian Reserve No. 19 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 465 hectares (1,150 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Metlakatla Indian Band and Lax Kw’alaams Indian Band Cut-Off Claim Settlement Agreement daté du 7 novembre 2007, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande indienne Lax Kw’alaams, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Finlayson Island n^o 19, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 465 hectares (1 150 acres).
