His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 37 of Chapter 2 of the Nisga’a Final Agreement, consents to the amendments to the Nisga’a Final Agreement, as set out in Part II of the Nisga’a Final Agreement Amending Agreement No. 2, as set out in the attached schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 37 du chapitre 2 de l’Accord définitif nisga’a, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil consent aux modifications à l’Accord définitif nisga’a, comme le prévoit la Partie II de l’Accord de modification n° 2 de l’Accord définitif nisga’a, figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe.
