His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.9 and paragraphs 7.6(1)(a) and (b) of the Aeronautics Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Parts I and VI — Offshore Operations).

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 4.9 et des alinéas 7.6(1)a) et b) de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement de l’aviation canadien (Parties I et VI — exploitation extracôtière), ci-après.
