   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsection 3(2) and paragraph 3(4)(c) of the National Capital Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Employment and Social Development of Aditya Jha of Mississauga, Ontario, to be a member of the Board of Directors of the National Capital Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Richard Nelson Aubry.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) et de l’alinéa 3(4)c) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social d’Aditya Jha, de Mississauga (Ontario), commissaire du conseil d’administration de la Commission de la capitale nationale à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Richard Nelson Aubry.
