   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 6(3) of the Public Service Employment Act, authorizes Christine Donoghue of Gatineau, Quebec, to act as President of the Public Service Commission, to hold office during good behaviour, until such time as the President returns to her position.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 6(3) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise Christine Donoghue, de Gatineau (Québec), à assumer la présidence de la Commission de la fonction publique, à titre inamovible, jusqu’au retour au travail de la présidente.
