   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration:

(a)  pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and (c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Ken S. Sandhu of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (Head Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years;

(b)  pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Ken S. Sandhu to be Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada; and

(c)  pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(d) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes his salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($172,900 - $203,300);

effective June 21, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, renouvelle le mandat de Ken S. Sandhu, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié du Canada (siège social), à titre inamovible, pour une période de deux ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, choisit Ken S. Sandhu comme vice-président de la Section d’appel des réfugiés de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié du Canada;

c)  en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)d) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (172 900 $ - 203 300 $);

à compter du 21 juin 2015.
