Whereas the Administrator of the Government of Ontario, the Honourable George R. Strathy, Chief Justice of Ontario, will be unable to act from March 26 to March 27, 2015, inclusive, from March 29 to April 2, 2015, inclusive, from April 18 to April 19, 2015, inclusive, and from April 28 to April 30, 2015, inclusive, and it is therefore necessary that other persons be appointed Administrator for these periods;
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 67 of the Constitution Act, 1867,
(a) terminates the appointment of the Honourable George R. Strathy as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective March 26, 2015;
(b) appoints the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective March 26, 2015;
(c) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective March 28, 2015;
(d) appoints the Honourable George R. Strathy to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective March 28, 2015;
(e) terminates the appointment of the Honourable George R. Strathy as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective March 29, 2015;

(f) appoints the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective March 29, 2015;
(g) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective April 3, 2015;
(h) appoints the Honourable George R. Strathy to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective April 3, 2015;
(i) terminates the appointment of the Honourable George R. Strathy as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective April 18, 2015;
(j) appoints the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective April 18, 2015;
(k) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective April 20, 2015;
(l) appoints the Honourable George R. Strathy to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective April 20, 2015;
(m) terminates the appointment of the Honourable George R. Strathy as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective April 28, 2015;

(n) appoints the Honourable Kathryn N. Feldman to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective April 28, 2015;
(o) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Kathryn N. Feldman as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective May 1, 2015; and
(p) appoints the Honourable George R. Strathy to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective May 1, 2015.
Attendu que l’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, l’honorable George R. Strathy, juge en chef de l’Ontario, ne sera pas en mesure de remplir ses fonctions du 26 au 27 mars 2015, du 29 mars au 2 avril 2015, du 18 au 19 avril 2015 et du 28 au 30 avril 2015 et qu’il est donc nécessaire que d’autres personnes soient nommées administrateurs pour ces périodes,
À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 67 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :
a) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable George R. Strathy au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 26 mars 2015;
b) nomme l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 26 mars 2015;
c) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 28 mars 2015;
d) nomme l’honorable George R. Strathy à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 28 mars 2015;
e) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable George R. Strathy au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 29 mars 2015;

f) nomme l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 29 mars 2015;
g) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 3 avril 2015;
h) nomme l’honorable George R. Strathy à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 3 avril 2015;
i) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable George R. Strathy au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 18 avril 2015;
j) nomme l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 18 avril 2015;
k) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 20 avril 2015;
l) nomme l’honorable George R. Strathy à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 20 avril 2015;
m) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable George R. Strathy au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 28 avril 2015;

n) nomme l’honorable Kathryn N. Feldman à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’elle remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 28 avril 2015;
o) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Kathryn N. Feldman au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 1er mai 2015;
p) nomme l’honorable George R. Strathy à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet 1er mai 2015.
