His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 130(b) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Charles Robert of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Clerk of the Senate and Clerk of the Parliaments on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure, until such time as a new Clerk of the Senate and Clerk of the Parliaments is appointed.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 130b) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Charles Robert, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de greffier du Sénat et greffier des Parlements par intérim, à titre amovible, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau greffier du Sénat et greffier des Parlements soit nommé.
