Whereas the Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, the Honourable Robert J. Bauman, Chief Justice of British Columbia, will be unable to act from March 9 to March 13, 2015, inclusive, from March 16 to March 21, 2015, inclusive, and from September 14 to September 18, 2015, inclusive, and it is therefore necessary that other persons be appointed Administrator for these periods;
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 67 of the Constitution Act, 1867,
(a) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Robert J. Bauman as Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, effective March 9, 2015;
(b) appoints the Honourable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul to be Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective March 9, 2015;
(c) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul as Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, effective March 14, 2015;
(d) appoints the Honourable Robert J. Bauman to be Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective March 14, 2015;

(e) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Robert J. Bauman as Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, effective March 16, 2015;
(f) appoints the Honourable Robert T.C. Johnston to be Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective March 16, 2015;
(g) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Robert T.C. Johnston as Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, effective March 22, 2015;
(h) appoints the Honourable Robert J. Bauman to be Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective March 22, 2015;
(i) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Robert J. Bauman as Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, effective September 14, 2015;
(j) appoints the Honourable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul to be Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective September 14, 2015;
(k) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul as Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, effective September 19, 2015; and

(l) appoints the Honourable Robert J. Bauman to be Administrator of the Government of British Columbia, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective September 19, 2015.
Attendu que l’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, l’honorable Robert J. Bauman, juge en chef de la Colombie-Britannique, ne sera pas en mesure de remplir ses fonctions du 9 au 13 mars 2015, du 16 au 21 mars 2015 et du 14 au 18 septembre 2015 et qu’il est donc nécessaire que d’autres personnes soient nommées administrateurs pour ces périodes,
À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 67 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :
a) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert J. Bauman au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, avec prise d’effet le 9 mars 2015;
b) nomme l’honorable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Colombie-Britannique durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 9 mars 2015;
c) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, avec prise d’effet le 14 mars 2015;
d) nomme l’honorable Robert J. Bauman à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Colombie-Britannique durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 14 mars 2015;

e) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert J. Bauman au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, avec prise d’effet le 16 mars 2015;
f) nomme l’honorable Robert T.C. Johnston au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Colombie-Britannique durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 16 mars 2015;
g) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert T.C. Johnston au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, avec prise d’effet le 22 mars 2015;
h) nomme l’honorable Robert J. Bauman au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Colombie-Britannique durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 22 mars 2015;
i) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert J. Bauman au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, avec prise d’effet le 14 septembre 2015;
j) nomme l’honorable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Colombie-Britannique durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 14 septembre 2015;
k) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Geoffrey R.J. Gaul au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, avec prise d’effet le 19 septembre 2015;
