His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry and the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 154 of the Economic Action Plan 2013 Act, No. 1, chapter 33 of the Statutes of Canada, 2013, fixes the day after the day on which this Order is made as the day on which sections 138 to 141 and subsection 142(1) of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 154 de la Loi no 1 sur le plan d’action économique de 2013, chapitre 33 des Lois du Canada (2013), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à la date du lendemain de la prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 138 à 141 et du paragraphe 142(1) de cette loi.
