His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the interest is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, remits interest in the amount of $18,703.14 calculated as of August 16, 2012, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by Dale Roberts for a pre-1986 taxation year, and all relevant interest on that interest.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise de la somme de 18 703,14 $, calculée au 16 août 2012, pour une année d’imposition antérieure à 1986, payée ou à payer par Dale Roberts à titre d’intérêts aux termes de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts afférents.
