                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 5(2) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, hereby appoints Pierre Coulombe of Saint-Augustin de Desmaures, Quebec, to be a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
