   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of Dwight Rudderham of Sydney, Nova Scotia, as a director of Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par la ministre des Transports de Dwight Rudderham, de Sydney (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans.
