   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation and pursuant to subsections 105(5) and 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, 1995, re-appoints Michèle Bourque of Ottawa, Ontario, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($255,200 - $299,200), effective May 9, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, après consultation avec le conseil d’administration de la Société d’assurance-dépôts du Canada et en vertu des paragraphes 105(5) et 108(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général de 1995 sur les sociétés d’État, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Michèle Bourque, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente et première dirigeante de la Société d’assurance-dépôts du Canada à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (255 200 $ - 299 200 $), à compter du 9 mai 2015.
