His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Canadian Food Inspection Agency Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) pursuant to

(a) section 5 of the Fertilizers Act;

(b) section 64 of the Health of Animals Act; and

(c) section 4 of the Seeds Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements dont l’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments est chargée d’assurer le contrôle et l’application, ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’article 5 de la Loi sur les engrais;

b) de l’article 64 de la Loi sur la santé des animaux;

c) de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les semences.
