His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of Ireland; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State to assist the Minister of Foreign Affairs, or Graham Flack, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage, or Suzanne Cormie, Counsellor, Embassy of Canada to Ireland, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of Ireland.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’Irlande;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Shelly Glover, ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État déléguée auprès du ministre des Affaires étrangères, ou Graham Flack, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Suzanne Cormie, conseillère, ambassade du Canada en Irlande, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’Irlande.
