His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 16(1)(g) of the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act, transfers the administration of the federal immovable which is shown and described in the attached schedule, from the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated, without consideration.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 16(1)g) de la Loi sur les immeubles fédéraux et les biens réels fédéraux, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil transfère, sans contrepartie, la gestion de l’immeuble fédéral illustré et décrit à l’annexe ci-jointe de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux à Les Ponts Jacques Cartier et Champlain Incorporée.
