   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 45.3(3) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, fixes the remuneration of the part-time Vice-Chairperson of the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, as set out in the attached schedule, which per diem is within the range GCQ 4.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 45.3(3) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération du vice-président à temps partiel de la Commission civile d’examen et de traitement des plaintes relatives à la Gendarmerie royale du Canada conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération journalière se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4.
