   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Audrey Cynthia Cope of Qualicum Beach, British Columbia, to be a director of the Nanaimo Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Richard W. Johnston.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Audrey Cynthia Cope, de Qualicum Beach (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de Nanaimo, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Richard W. Johnston.
