   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 4(1) of the National Arts Centre Act, appoints Susan J. Glass, C.M., of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to be Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the National Arts Centre Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
