Whereas The Board of Trade of Victoria County in New Brunswick, the certificate of formation of which was recorded pursuant to the Boards of Trade Act on May 26, 1909, has ceased to exercise its franchises;
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 43 of the Boards of Trade Act, dissolves The Board of Trade of Victoria County.
