   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Yukon Act, reappoints Douglas George Phillips of Whitehorse, Yukon, as Commissioner of Yukon to hold office during pleasure for a term ending January 31, 2018, effective November 29, 2015, and fixes certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule.

    Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur le Yukon, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Douglas George Phillips, de Whitehorse (Yukon), au poste de commissaire du Yukon à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le au 31 janvier 2018, à compter du 29 novembre 2015, et fixe certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe.
