   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Connie Lois Graham of London, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($200 - $300) and an annual retainer within the range ($6,400 - $7,500), effective February 1, 2015.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Connie Lois Graham, de London (Ontario), présidente du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération journalière se situe dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (6 400 $ - 7 500 $), à compter du 1^er février 2015.
