   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, fixes the remuneration of part-time directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, as set out in the attached schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($200-$300) and an annual retainer within the range ($3,200 - $3,800), effective February 1, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 108(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération des administrateurs à temps partiel de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se compose d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 200 $ - 3 800 $), à compter du 1^er février 2015.
