His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 121(1) of the Financial Administration Act,

 

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2000-17 of January 12, 2000, effective on the day of the amalgamation of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited with the St. Mary’s River Bridge Company;

 

(b) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2002-930 of May 31, 2002, effective on the day of the amalgamation of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, an amalgamated corporation resulting from the amalgamation referred to in paragraph (a), with the Blue Water Bridge Authority; and

 

(c) directs that the financial year of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, an amalgamated corporation resulting from the amalgamation of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited — an amalgamated corporation resulting from the amalgamation referred to in paragraph (a) — with the Blue Water Bridge Authority, begin on April 1 in one year and end on March 31 in the following year, effective on the day of the amalgamation referred to in paragraph (b) with the Blue Water Bridge Authority.


Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 121(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2000-17 du 12 janvier 2000, cette mesure prenant effet à la date de la fusion de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée avec la Société du pont de la rivière Ste Marie;

 

b) abroge le décret C.P. 2002-930 du 31 mai 2002, cette mesure prenant effet à la date de la fusion de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, une société issue de la fusion visée à l’alinéa a), avec l’Administration du pont Blue Water;

 

c) ordonne que l’exercice de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, une société issue de la fusion de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée — une société issue de la fusion visée à l’alinéa a) — avec l’Administration du pont Blue Water, débute le 1er avril d’une année et se termine le 31 mars de l’année suivante, cette mesure prenant effet à la date de la fusion visée à l’alinéa b) avec l’Administration du pont Blue Water.
