Whereas, pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration has caused a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (International Mobility Program), substantially in the annexed form, to be laid before each House of Parliament,

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 5(1) and sections 32, 89.1 and 89.2 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (International Mobility Program).

Attendu que le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, conformément au paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (programme de mobilité internationale), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, devant chaque chambre du Parlement,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) et des articles 32, 89.1 et 89.2 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés et, considérant que l’intérêt public le justifie, en vertu du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (programme de mobilité internationale), ci-après.
