His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, terminates the appointment, as official receivers, of the following officers of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of the Department of Industry:

(a) Linda Blaney of Montréal, Quebec;

(b) Tania Bussières of Sorel-Tracy, Quebec;

(c) Michael L. Chisholm of Timberlea, Nova Scotia;

(d) Michel Huot of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec;

(e) André Jobidon of Charlesbourg, Quebec;

(f) Mariya Kozlenko of North York, Ontario; and

(g) Denise Legaré of Gatineau, Quebec.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met fin à la nomination des fonctionnaires ci-après du Bureau du surintendant des faillites du ministère de l’Industrie, à titre de séquestre officiel :

a) Linda Blaney de Montréal (Québec);

b) Tania Bussières de Sorel-Tracy (Québec);

c) Michael L. Chisholm de Timberlea (Nouvelle-Écosse);

d) Michel Huot de Vaudreuil-Dorion (Québec);

e) André Jobidon de Charlesbourg (Québec);

f) Mariya Kozlenko de North York (Ontario);

g) Denise Legaré de Gatineau (Québec).
