His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments between Canada and the Republic of Guinea; or

(b) to execute and issue the Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development, or Philippe Beaulne, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Guinea, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments between Canada and the Republic of Guinea.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de promotion et de protection réciproque des investissements entre le Canada et la République de Guinée;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer l’instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Christian Paradis, ministre du Développement international, ou Philippe Beaulne, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République de Guinée, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de promotion et de protection réciproque des investissements entre le Canada et la République de Guinée.
