His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 11(1) of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations (Interpretation and Standards 101, 105, 122 and 135).
