His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, made after consultation between the Minister and the Speaker of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Commons, pursuant to section 12, subsection 14(3) and sections 24 and 29 of the Garnishment, Attachment and Pension Diversion Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Garnishment and Attachment Regulations.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, après consultation par celui-ci du président du Sénat et du président de la Chambre des communes, et en vertu de l’article 12, du paragraphe 14(3) et des articles 24 et 29 de la Loi sur la saisie-arrêt et la distraction de pensions, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la saisie-arrêt, ci-après.
