His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 162 of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1, chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes the day on which this Order is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, as the day on which sections 139 to 145 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu de l’article 162 de la Loi n^o 1 sur le plan d’action économique de 2014, chapitre 20 des Lois du Canada (2014), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à la date de publication du présent décret dans la Partie II de la Gazette du Canada la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 139 à 145 de cette loi.
