His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Chris Forbes of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($190,500 - $224,100), effective January 12, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Chris Forbes, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de sous-ministre délégué de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (190 500 $ - 224 100 $), à compter du 12 janvier 2015.
