His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development) of the Appropriation Act No. 2, 2014-15, appoints Marina Laker as High Commissioner for Canada in Brunei Darussalam.
