                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 89(3), paragraphs 95(1)(a) and 98(1)(a), section 99 and subparagraph 133(a)(ii) of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Duties Relief Regulations.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 89(3), des alinéas 95(1)a) et 98(1)a), de l’article 99, et du sous-alinéa 133a)(ii) du Tarif des douanes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’exonération de droits, ci-après.
