His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Campbell River Indian Band as an addition to Campbell River Indian Reserve No. 11 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 14.276 hectares (35.276 acres), effective on the day on which Her Majesty in Right of Canada becomes the registered owner of the lands described in the attached schedule, pursuant to the British Columbia Land Title Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 250.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Bande indienne de Campbell River, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne de Campbell River n^o 11, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 14,276 hectares (35,276 acres), dès que Sa Majesté du chef du Canada devient le propriétaire inscrite des terres aux termes de la loi de la Colombie-Britannique intitulée Land Title Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, ch. 250.

All of Lots 1, 2 and 3 as shown on Plan VIP89432 deposited in the Land Title Office in Victoria B.C. A copy of the said plan is recorded under number 102203 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records in Ottawa.

Together the said lots contain 14.276 hectares (35.276 acres).
