                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 89(3), subparagraphs 99(a)(iii) and (d)(i) and subsections 113(3) and (4) of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Goods Imported and Exported Refund and Drawback Regulations.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 89(3), des sous-alinéas 99a)(iii) et d)(i) et des paragraphes 113(3) et (4) du Tarif des douanes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur le remboursement et le drawback relatifs aux marchandises importées et exportées, ci-après.
