His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(a), section 19.2 and subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Passport and Other Travel Document Services Fees Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 19(1)a), de l’article 19.2 et du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur les droits pour les services de passeports et autres documents de voyage, ci-après.
