His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 63(2) of the Combating Counterfeit Products Act, chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes January 1, 2015 as the day on which sections 2, 5 and 6, subsection 7(6) and sections 43, 44 and 60 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 63(2) de la Loi visant à combattre la contrefaçon de produits, chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2014), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1^er janvier 2015 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 2, 5 et 6, du paragraphe 7(6) et des articles 43, 44 et 60 de cette loi.
