His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to subsection 232(2) of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, chapter 31 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes March 16, 2015 as the day on which sections 220 to 222 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu du paragraphe 232(2) de la Loi de 2012 sur l’emploi et la croissance, chapitre 31 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 16 mars 2015 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 220 à 222 de cette loi.
