His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 14 of the Response to the Supreme Court of Canada Decision in R. v. Shoker Act, chapter 7 of the Statutes of Canada, 2011, fixes the day that is 90 days after the day on which this Order is registered as the day on which that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 14 de la Loi donnant suite à la décision de la Cour suprême du Canada dans l’affaire R. c. Shoker, chapitre 7 des Lois du Canada (2011), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à la date qui tombe quatre-vingt-dix jours après la date d’enregistrement du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi.
