   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Benjamin T. Glustein, of the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Master of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Benjamin T. Glustein, de la ville de Toronto dans la province d’Ontario, protonotaire de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario.
