The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Helen M. Pierce, Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario for the Northwest Region, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Helen M. Pierce, juge principale régionale de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario pour la région du nord-ouest, soit nommée juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario.
