The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable David M. Brown, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, be appointed a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario.
