   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Peter Burn of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective January 5, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Peter Burn, d’Ottawa (Ontario), titulaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 5 janvier 2015.
