   His Excellency, the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 39(4) of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, appoints Joe Friday of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Public Sector Integrity Commissioner on an interim basis for a term of six months, or until such time as a new Public Sector Integrity Commissioner is appointed, whichever is earlier, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($172,900 - $203,300), effective January 1, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 39(4) de la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil confie à Joe Friday, d’Ottawa (Ontario), l’intérim du commissaire à l’intégrité du secteur public pour un mandat de six mois, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau commissaire à l’intégrité du secteur public soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (172 900 $ - 203 300 $), à compter du 1^er janvier 2015.
