   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, reappoints Victor Russell Carrigan of Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of the St. John’s Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending February 17, 2017.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Victor Russell Carrigan, de Paradise (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de St. John’s, pour une période se terminant le 17 février 2017.
